Begin Your Meditation:

2. Hold the pouch and set your intention - what balance do you need to invite?
3. Place pouch in center of sand-filled bowl
4. Light the character tag to begin the ritual
5. Meditate for 10-15 minutes as the flames burn
6. Visualize the scales coming into perfect balance
7. Close with three deep breaths and gratitude
